How often do I have to have my bin cleaned?
We offer the service of cleaning your bin once a month. If you choose to have both cleaned then each bin will be cleaned once a month.

If I want to take up the service, when do I have to pay?
We don't want any payment until the first time we clean your bin/s. We will then drop in an invoice with a pre-paid envelope. Please pay within seven days of your first clean.

How do I pay?
Our preferred method is cheque made payable to MG Wheelie Clean. We will also accept cash or postal order although we do not recommend that cash is sent through the post.

When will my bin be cleaned?
We will visit your house on the same day that the council empty your bin and clean it ready for when you return home in the evening.

What if the council return my bin to a designated place because I'm elderly or disabled?
If this is the case simply let us know and we will collect your bin clean it and return it to the designated place.
