
Terms and Conditions
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their bin is adequately marked and identifiable.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their bin is put out so that the council or refuse collection service can empty it.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their bin is left out after the bin has been emptied and is accessible to our operatives so that it can be cleaned.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any relevant keys or pass codes are given to MG Wheelie Clean.
- Failure to comply with the above may mean MG Wheelie Clean is unable to clean the bin but may charge the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform MG Wheelie Clean of any procedural requirements, like signing in or reporting to the customer’s authorised representative or agent, in advance of the agreed cleaning date.
- If any rubbish remains in the bin after the refuse collection it will be at the operative’s discretion as to whether cleaning can be carried out.
- If the operative decides to clean the bin then any rubbish that is removed from your bin will be placed in a tied bag and returned to your bin.
- If your bin is unavailable for cleaning on a scheduled cleaning day at least 24 hours advance notice must be given to MG Wheelie Clean.
- It is the responsibility of MG Wheelie Clean to notify the customer of any change to the cleaning schedule.
- MG Wheelie Clean will contact the customer to discuss re-subscription shortly after the last subscribed clean.
- In the unlikely event that MG Wheelie Clean is unable to clean your bin advanced notice will be given where possible and MG Wheelie Clean will contact the customer to re-arrange the clean as soon as possible.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that MG Wheelie Clean has correct and current contact details.
- If the Council or Refuse Collection Service notifies the customer of any relevant change to the refuse collection service it is the duty of the customer to ensure that MG Wheelie Clean is aware of it.
- In the event of a customer relocating subscriptions may transferred to the new address where possible.
- If it is impossible to transfer the subscription to a new address, a discretionary refund of the remaining subscription fee may be arranged if advance notice is given to MG Wheelie Clean.
- MG Wheelie Clean reserves the right to cancel or refuse any subscription.
- MG Wheelie Clean is not liable for any damage howsoever caused to your bin or your property.
